📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients; execute FX hedging, lending, and payments.
  • Upsell Ebury’s product capabilities to deliver a best-in-class client proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales to originate business and tailor solutions.
  • Understand client environments, strategies and industry to position solutions.
  • Deliver on KPIs: grow revenue, reduce churn, upsell products.
  • Build client relationships via meetings and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong FS experience in sales or relationship management with an established network.
  • Experience in FX institutions or banks, or selling to SMEs/corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Strong analytical ability: statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management.
  • Fluency in Latvian and strong business-level English.
