🎯 Requirements
- Strong FS experience in sales or relationship management with an established network.
- Experience in FX institutions or banks, or selling to SMEs/corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills; able to win commitment and buy-in.
- Strong analytical ability: statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management.
- Fluency in Latvian and strong business-level English.
