πŸ“‹ Description

  • Direct management of clients' retail execution strategy across in-store projects.
  • Define brand partner retail project strategy across single or multiple retailers; coordinate onboarding and workflows with the In-Store team.
  • Ensure project execution from onboarding through completion; lead planning sessions, progress updates, and operations meetings.
  • Identify, track, and report on KPIs; provide insights to drive growth.
  • Lead onboarding of new clients and projects; coordinate cross-functional teams for launches.
  • Travel less than 10% for trade shows, meetings, and in-store events.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in retail merchandising.
  • Experience with a CRM/CMS (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Experience with a major retailer (Brick & Mortar or Online).
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (food).
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
