- Direct management of clients' retail execution strategy across in-store projects.
- Define brand partner retail project strategy across single or multiple retailers; coordinate onboarding and workflows with the In-Store team.
- Ensure project execution from onboarding through completion; lead planning sessions, progress updates, and operations meetings.
- Identify, track, and report on KPIs; provide insights to drive growth.
- Lead onboarding of new clients and projects; coordinate cross-functional teams for launches.
- Travel less than 10% for trade shows, meetings, and in-store events.
π― Requirements
- At least 3 yearsβ experience in retail merchandising.
- Experience with a CRM/CMS (e.g., Monday.com).
- Experience with a major retailer (Brick & Mortar or Online).
- Client-facing experience.
- Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (food).
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
