- Proven track record of driving revenue and managing client relationships
- Established relationships with advertisers, agencies, and decision-makers in BG/RO
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and mobile ads; self-serve exp a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling; confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
