🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online ads.
- Proven revenue growth and client relationship management.
- Established relationships with advertisers/agencies in Bulgaria and/or Romania.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social platforms, mobile ads; auction/self-serve a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentations, and storytelling for senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related; English required; Bulgarian essential.
