  • Manage a portfolio of SMB/mid-market accounts; prioritize renewals by health.
  • Own end-to-end renewal execution: forecasting, alignment, risk, deals.

  • Maintain accurate account data in Gainsight and Salesforce for visibility.
  • Partner with Sales, Technical Success, Support, and Product to coordinate renewals.

  • 5-8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Renewal Management (software/hardware).
  • Experience managing high-volume portfolios: renewals, forecasting, retention, risk.
  • Experience with structured, scalable engagement models and repeatable processes.
  • Interpret customer health, usage, and risk signals to drive action.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; convey value across a broad customer base.
  • Technical aptitude to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Bonus: experience in industrial manufacturing, digital transformation, or process optimization.
