🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Education, Marketing, or related.
  • 5+ years in customer success, client experience, or account management.
  • SaaS/EdTech experience with B2B clients; familiarity with high school/higher ed.
  • Experience engaging with C-level education stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative and solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
