- 5+ years in advertising sales, BD or client-facing roles in digital media.
- Deep understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, esp. programmatic, audio and video.
- Proven Australian track record of managing relationships, revenue growth, and targets.
- Experience with programmatic platforms (DSPs and SSPs).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Salesforce proficiency; create reports and presentations in Google Slides/Sheets.
