📋 Description

• Develop partnerships with clients, foster trust, and understand their needs.
• Lead Agile delivery; facilitate retrospectives and team health checks.
• Participate in regular account reviews; provide weekly client updates.
• Support profitability and billing across engagements.
• Elevate YLD's image in client orgs; suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with People & Operations on staffing and interviewing.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software development consultancy or similar.
• Understanding of consulting and stakeholder management.
• Delivery-focused; Scrum Master/Agile Coach experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with pragmatic, results-driven approach.
• Facilitation, diplomacy, negotiation; financial acumen.
