📋 Description

  • Serve as primary contact for inbound client support; resolve complex policy issues
  • Apply knowledge of Ethos products, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Independently manage escalated or non-standard cases with sound judgment
  • Maintain accurate policy records and document interactions in Salesforce
  • Reconcile data across internal systems to verify information and updates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex policy discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, customer support, customer success, or related role
  • Experience in life insurance, financial services, or a highly regulated industry preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting U.S.-based customers
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Proficiency with policy administration systems and Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
