  • Help new customers get up and running with WeTravel.
  • Migrate content like reservations, photos, pricing, and tours.
  • Provide personalized trainings to ensure confidence with the platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and customers.
  • Occasional on-site client onboarding travel (1-2 times per quarter).

  • Fluent in English; other languages a bonus.
  • Educating customers for performance and success.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong project management and multi-stakeholder skills.
  • Enjoy on-site client visits and onboarding.
  • Experience in travel tech or SMB SaaS; HubSpot/Slack/Confluence/Loom a plus.
