๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own onboarding for new Pros: activation, adoption, and value delivery.
  • Serve as primary resource during early lifecycle; ensure smooth handoff from sales.
  • Reinforce and resell the value of Housecall Pro to drive early product adoption.
  • Communicate client data and feedback across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Account Managers to mitigate risk and drive retention.
  • Develop processes that exceed customer expectations in support.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics.
  • Ability to work the scheduled shifts: Monday - Friday 11am-8pm PST.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
