  • Support incoming clients and set them up for success.
  • Migrate content: reservations, photos, pricing, tour descriptions.
  • Provide personalized trainings for confident platform use.
  • Collaborate with Sales, AM, Product, and customers.
  • Lead onboarding across the client journey, including visits.
  • Based in Sydney; Australian working rights required.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Customer-facing with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management across multiple stakeholders.
  • Enjoy onsite visits and helping clients get set up.
