  • Manage end-to-end setup and maintenance of accounts across multiple lines and platforms.
  • Review account opening requests and docs for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support regulatory documentation collection, validation, and delivery.
  • Partner with onboarding, tax ops, compliance, and front office to enable onboarding and lifecycle management.
  • Monitor onboarding queues and items; ensure timely completion within SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in client onboarding, account onboarding, or operations at a multinational financial institution.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy with high data volumes.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams and functions.
  • Experience supporting account maintenance activities including amendments, closures, and updates.
