Client Liaison and Gallery Associate

📋 Description

• Organize pipeline meetings with the GFA team to review sourcing.
• Support consignments, sale administration, bid registration and valuation requests.
• Coordinate pre-sale targeting strategy for global auctions; manage target/consignment lists.
• Maintain client communications with Shipping, Accounts, Events, and other departments.
• Front-of-house duties: greet clients, provide exhibit info, and act as Brand Ambassador.
• Assist with gallery setup, events, and Concur invoicing.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Art and Luxury fields.
• Degree holder or equivalent; Art/Lux master’s/bachelor’s preferred.
• Fluent in English and German; French a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; cross-department.
• Flexible and capable of meeting deadlines.
