Client Finance Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist monthly project accounting and updates in financial trackers.
• Set up new projects in time & expense systems; verify signatures.
• Update project files for change orders, budgets, milestones.
• Book intercompany revenue/cost transactions and trackers.
• Prepare client invoicing and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Assist monthly client accruals; track costs vs contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 0-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Month end close experience (preferred).
• Revenue recognition experience (preferred).
• Project accounting experience (preferred).
