- You have demonstrated communication and organisation skills, able to communicate with different stakeholder groups, and familiar with working within SLAs.
- You have a client-first mindset and understand how to solve our clientsโ problems pragmatically and efficiently.
- You love solving problems with a self-serve approach and enjoy working closely with clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams.
- You are proactive in coming up with improvements, acting as a sparring partner for Client Experience management, addressing questions and raising issues early.
