  • Provide exceptional support to customers using CampDoc and SchoolDoc.
  • Assist with implementation by configuring client accounts.
  • Manage active support queues for timely responses.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Client Success, and Training teams.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the platform’s functionality.
  • Collect client feedback to inform product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Previous Customer Support or Implementation experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management with multiple projects
  • Tech-savvy with the aptitude to learn the platform
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
