- Strong experience driving adoption of new products and services
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, trends
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills with data interpretation and data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
