- Highly organized, self-directed; manage a book of clients without detailed playbooks
- Results-driven; focused on outcomes over activity metrics
- Background in prediction markets, sports betting, or trading
- Experience in crypto or web3 industry
- Previously owned and managed a book of high-volume trading clients
