📋 Description

  • Facilitate training to improve knowledge retention and client service.
  • Deliver learning across virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Create and update training materials and assessments.

  • Provide live support in all channels at least one day weekly.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects for efficiency and client experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate's degree required.
  • 2+ years in a contact center or customer service.
  • 1-2 years leading a project or team (preferred).
  • Experience with adult learning principles and scenario-based training.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of federal/state banking laws and operations.
