π― Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 5+ years supporting Clients in Telecom or SaaS
- Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self starter, highly motivated and driven to deliver
- Ability to juggle multiple hats and work in the weeds
