  • Collaborate with Marquis clients to analyze business needs and objectives
  • Partner with Solution Engineering and Customer Success for unified client launches
  • Lead client enablement initiatives, including onboarding and VOC requests

  • Develop and manage a detailed technical project schedule
  • Guide onboarding and technical implementation to the OXIO platform

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ years supporting Clients in Telecom or SaaS
  • Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self starter, highly motivated and driven to deliver
  • Ability to juggle multiple hats and work in the weeds
