  • Collaborate with TS to design client training programs

  • Enable self-serve onboarding and reduce client friction

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–7 years in client enablement, docs, or related field
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end documentation strategy
  • Experience with client-facing and internal enablement for multiple personas
  • Strong communicator and collaborator in meetings and trainings
  • Organized, proactive problem-solver who connects cross-team gaps
  • Hands-on with AI writing tools and docs platforms (Notion, Readme, Confluence, Guru)
