📋 Description

  • Lead and grow a pipeline of opportunities for interior architecture in multifamily and related sectors.
  • Originate and expand client relationships with developers, owners, architects, and real estate partners.
  • Speak fluently in interior architecture and design to engage technical teams and exec stakeholders.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue outbound opportunities aligned with goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape growth strategy and target markets.
  • Lead and support proposal development with strategy, narratives, fees, and pitches.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development or sales in interior architecture or design-focused real estate.
  • Experience driving work in the multifamily residential market preferred.
  • Existing network across developers, owners, operators, and consultants.
  • Proven track record generating leads, closing deals, and growing a design-focused practice.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing pipelines and forecasting in HubSpot or similar CRM.
