  • Delivery management of end-to-end platform delivery to clients.
  • Manage client relationships post-sale with exec and tech stakeholders.
  • Design governance to monitor delivery efficacy and value realization.
  • Provide real-time client updates and manage communications.
  • Lead post-sale planning across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage risks and escalations with client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of software and/or service delivery experience.
  • 3+ years leading enterprise SaaS deployments (operational and technical).
  • Excellent communication with executive and operating level stakeholders.
  • Influencing and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  • Strong program/project management skills (Scrum/Agile a plus).
  • Ability to anticipate risk and drive proactive remediation.
  • Extensive experience advising and building exec-level relationships with Fortune 1000 clients.
  • Minimum 20% travel required (onsite travel).
