Independently own operational alignment for assigned client accounts
Translate operational data into narratives showing drivers, risks, and opportunities
Proactively identify trends, risks across the client lifecycle; recommend actions
Partner with clients to align operational expectations with internal capabilities and constraints
Monitor operational performance indicators and inventory health to flag issues
Lead root cause analysis with Revenue Services and other internal teams

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, Operations, or related field
3–5 years in healthcare operations or revenue cycle roles
Strong written and verbal communication; clear operational messaging
Ability to independently manage client relationships
Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
