Respond to members' queries about products and services.
Monitor member accounts, including debit cards, fiat and crypto transfers.
Address members in a professional, respectful and friendly manner.
Take ownership of issues, follow up on outstanding requests, and escalate when necessary.
Onboard prospective members from applying until onboarding is complete.
Conduct Zoom calls to assist onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in customer services, ideally remote.
Fluent English; additional language (Mandarin or Japanese).
Fintech/banking industry experience.
Experience with CRMs, Jira, Confluence, Slack.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency environment a big plus.
Dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
