• Proven ability to guide clients through decisions and drive outcomes
• Strong relationship management across ongoing client engagement
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
• Ability to spend ~75% in the field with reliable transportation
• Preferred background in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or Gerontology
