- Proven experience in consultative client-facing roles (healthcare preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours; valid driver's license.
- Direct experience supporting older adults and families.
- Education in Healthcare Admin, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field (preferred).
