🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative client-facing roles (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours; valid driver's license.
  • Direct experience supporting older adults and families.
  • Education in Healthcare Admin, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field (preferred).
