Client Accounting Manager - eCommerce emphasis (FT)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end close for a portfolio of small-business clients.
• Manage and train Accounting Specialists; document workflows; delegate.
• Review bookkeeping and financial statements for accuracy; deliver client-ready reports.
• Be the client-facing partner; ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
• Operate within time budgets and coordinate with Controller on scope/pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• Shopify eCommerce accounting experience (must-have).
• Payout/settlement reconciliation using holding or clearing accounts.
• Manage eCommerce exceptions: refunds, returns, discounts, gift cards.
• Sales tax payable reconciliation and marketplace facilitator awareness.
• Core accounting: 2-5 years; reconciliations, payroll, financial statements, Bill.com.
• 1099 processing bonus; W-9 collection and annual process.
• A2X experience and multi-channel/inventory/COGS workflows preferred.
