  • 10+ years in customer success or strategy consulting (Manufacturing/Automotive).
  • Experience driving large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering.
  • Experience with AI-based transformation is a plus.
  • Deep experience with change management practices.
  • Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade with data.
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives and pitch opportunities with SMEs.
  • Strong communication and consultative approach with executives.
