  • Own the Mid-Market sales process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SEs, Customer Success, Renewals, Marketing, and Partners to grow accounts.
  • Create a territory account plan to hit quarterly goals and metrics.
  • Build relationships to align Dialpad with customer strategies.
  • Generate pipeline and drive an efficient sales process.
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in closing sales; Mid-Market a plus.
  • Proven success meeting revenue targets in New Business or AM.
  • Excellent communication, presenting, and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience with SPICED and/or MEDDPICC solution selling.
  • Proficient with CRM (Salesforce) and GSuite tools.
  • Willing to travel to customer locations or events.
