  • Own the sales process for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, SE, CS, Pro Services, Marketing, and Partners to grow the base.
  • Create an account plan to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Cultivate relationships to uncover customer strategy and expansion opportunities.
  • Work leads and generate pipeline; achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor for customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • UCaaS / CCaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting/exceeding revenue targets (New Business or Client Sales).
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track complex details.
  • Experienced with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and G Suite tools (Google Sheets).
