๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end sales for Mid-Market customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and partners.
  • Demonstrate Dialpad value through the product suite.
  • Develop a sales strategy to grow the book of business.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals and drive customer outcomes.
  • Serve as a Dialpad expert and trusted advisor to customers.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a closing sales role; Mid-Market preferred.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue targets (New Business or AM).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence.
  • Experience with SPICED and/or MEDDICC solution selling.
  • Experience forecasting to sales leadership.
  • Excellent time management; travel to customer sites as needed.
  • SaaS sales background; UCaaS/CCaaS a plus.
  • CRM software experience (Salesforce) and GSuite familiarity.
