The Role:
This role sits at the intersection of culture, leadership, operations, and communications—helping to shape both how our people experience the company day-to-day and how our leaders show up internally and externally. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring we remain a high-performance, high-engagement culture where people love to work and where the operational backbone runs smoothly.
You will be the driving force behind internal communications, executive messaging, culture-building initiatives, and the operational cadence that keeps a large, complex organization aligned. You will be the glue that holds the team together—ensuring information flows, processes run on time, and every team member feels connected to the mission. You’ll bring energy and creativity, but also rigor and discipline—designing systems, creating repeatable processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Culture & Engagement Programs: Design and run programs that celebrate wins, recognize excellence, and fuel a positive, high-energy environment. Build rituals and operating rhythms that make our culture vibrant and fun while reinforcing a high bar of performance and talent density.
- Executive & Organizational Communications: Own drafting, editing, and delivery of impactful communications. Help shape company-wide narratives that connect strategy, performance, and culture.
- Executive PR & Visibility: Support external visibility efforts—helping craft thought leadership, press opportunities, and speaking engagements that strengthen the reputation of our leadership and the company.
- Org Connector: Partner across teams to ensure employees are informed, motivated, and aligned. Proactively close gaps with clear messaging, streamlined processes, and thoughtful engagement.
- Operational Cadence & Alignment: Drive the heartbeat of the organization—owning program cadences, leadership forums, and communication systems that keep teams informed, accountable, and moving in sync to ensure seamless execution against priorities.

- You’re an exceptional, crisp communicator—equally comfortable writing a CEO-level memo, energizing a Slack post, or preparing content for external audiences.

Salary and Benefits

USA Salary Range (OTE)
$120,000
—$176,000 USD
