Our recruiting team is a huge driver to help ClickUp achieve it's goals through uncovering extraordinary talent that perfectly aligns with our vision. In this dynamic role, you'll partner directly with executives and organizational leaders to spearhead pivotal EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) hires, with a focus on candidates specializing in AI and product development, accelerating our business momentum. You'll work hand-in-hand with the team to revolutionize processes and craft cutting-edge sourcing strategies tailored to technical talent.

As a Fixed Term Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead the charge in hiring for major EPD functions across diverse regions and hiring managers. Your deep understanding of client business groups and technical domains will empower you to present compelling opportunities and career paths to candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging recruitment journey. Your strategic problem-solving prowess will be instrumental in shaping the future of the organizations you support, propelling our growth to new heights.

The Role:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for key EPD functions across various hiring managers or regions. Leverage a deep understanding of various business groups, sourcing strategies, and technical requirements to effectively communicate opportunities and career paths to close candidates.
  • Influence, communicate, and partner effectively with senior leaders, managing relationships with hiring managers and leaders as a subject matter expert in technical recruiting.
  • Demonstrate deep market knowledge, particularly in AI and product development hiring

    , and proactively communicate insights about candidate pools, territories, and competition to hiring managers.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of ClickUp's market position, technical roadmap, and growth potential to engage passive candidates, using industry knowledge and trends.
  • Establish work priorities and timelines under limited direction, creating consistent proactive reporting for stakeholders, including Talent Insights and Stage Analysis reports.
  • Manage personal metrics, self-aware of recruiter screens, hiring manager screens, and panels needed to meet hiring goals, with accurate forecasting.
  • Consistently use ATS properly to maintain ClickUp's compliance, achieving targets while striving for higher quality in placing mid to senior-level technical positions.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for the stakeholder group supported, with a focus on technical hiring.
  • Review, select, and share information on key technologies, best practices, and tools relevant to technical recruiting with the group.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven full cycle recruiting experience in technical talent acquisition, preferably in a senior TA role within a fast growing Saas company.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve technical recruitment processes.
  • Strong market knowledge in EPD, AI, and product development, with the ability to articulate business opportunities to candidates. Bonus if you've hired outside of the US as well.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, setting work priorities and timelines.#Li-remote #li-jjs

USA Salary Range (OTE)

$100,000

$155,000 USD
