Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Modality: Full-time, On-Site (West Valley, Utah Office)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Contacting trailer dealers to request and follow up on missing or incomplete Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin (MCOs) and required documentation.
Reviewing incoming paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state regulations.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls with trailer dealers.
Assisting in tracking and maintaining inventory of pending titles and registrations.
Creating and updating records and databases for titles and related documentation.
Submitting timely reports and preparing assigned presentations or proposals.
Reviewing and analyzing special reports to summarize information and identify trends.
Defining procedures for retention, retrieval, and disposal of records to provide historical reference.
Assisting in resolving issues or discrepancies related to title documentation.
Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills.
Strong phone and interpersonal communication abilities.
Prior experience with titling, registration, or documentation processes.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working in trailer, automotive, or equipment title administration.
Familiarity with DMV or dealer title submission requirements.
Knowledge of document processing systems or database management tools.
Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, or compliance teams.
Demonstrated success in maintaining high accuracy and compliance rates under tight deadlines.
Requesting and tracking missing MCOs by reaching out to trailer dealers via phone, email, or fax to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.
Reviewing, verifying, and processing title and registration documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state regulations.
Monitoring outstanding documentation requests, escalating unresolved issues, and following up consistently to avoid delays.
Accurately entering title and registration information into internal systems and maintaining detailed records of documentation status and dealer communication.
Serving as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding MCO and document status, maintaining professional and effective communication.
Sitting or standing for extended periods, using computers and standard office equipment.
Following data privacy, security, and compliance protocols in all interactions.
