Head of Solutions Architecture - EMEA

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the EMEA Solutions Architecture team; set standards and customer-first culture.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive outcomes for enterprise and commercial customers.
• Advise customers at all levels - from C-suite to architects, data engineers, and developers.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable cloud-native solution designs, including migrations and workflows.
• Guide high-impact POCs and reference architectures to accelerate adoption.
• Promote ClickHouse vision, architecture, and value across the EMEA market through briefings and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Solutions Architecture or sales engineering with people management.
• Strong background with open-source software business models and cloud-first tech.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; bridge business goals and technical solutions.
• Experience in fast-growing environments and building teams from early stages.
