📋 Description

• Lead and scale the EMEA Solutions Architecture team; set technical standards.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive enterprise outcomes.
• Advise customers at all levels from C-suite to engineers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud-native designs: architecture, migrations, workflows.
• Guide POCs and reference architectures to accelerate adoption.
• Evangelise ClickHouse vision across EMEA; participate in executive briefings and events.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Solutions Architecture or similar; prior people management.
• Open-source and cloud-first tech background.
• Hands-on design of scalable, highly available distributed systems.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical engagement when needed.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in fast-growing environments and building teams.
