We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, manage product delivery, and support operational functions that drive business objectives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this position is for you.

  What You Will Be Doing
  • Review and analyze purchase agreements and statements of work for accuracy.
  • Validate customer contracts and process sales, renewal, and return orders.
  • Coordinate with Finance on credit card payments and credit issues.
  • Fulfill customer orders, including licensing, registrations, and product delivery.
  • Manage partner order spreadsheets and oversee incoming/outgoing shipments (CONUS & OCONUS).
  • Handle RMAs and damaged shipment claims with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  • Maintain and update Business Operations Procedure Manual.
  • Monitor and order office supplies for multiple locations.
  • Generate and deliver licenses for internal and external customers.
  • Assist with reporting, SKU management in Salesforce, and process improvements.
  • Support customer inquiries related to licensing and product features

 

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Conceptual thinking and solution finding.
