About the Opportunity
Cleerly, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales (West) to lead our sales teams across the United States. The VP of Sales (West) will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at hospitals, practices, and imaging service providers. Additionally, this role will oversee clinical account managers, ensuring alignment with sales goals and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams and clinical account managers, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, practices, and imaging service providers.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital executives, practice administrators, and imaging service providers.
- Sales Operations: Collaborate with Commercial Operations to include forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless customer experiences.
- Training and Development: Work with Field Service Training Director to Implement ongoing training programs for sales teams and clinical account managers to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Industry Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions and maintain Cleerly's competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the healthcare or medical technology industry. Experience must include Cardiology or Radiology. Both are preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on hospitals, practices, and imaging service providers.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and sales strategies.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
Salary: $264,000 - $290,000 base + $200,000 Variable
***$464,000 - $490,000 OTE
*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.
