Cleerly has created a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks.

At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally and use a wide variety of systems. Our people use Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video, prior experience in these areas is a plus. Role or department specific technology needs may vary and will be listed as requirements in the job description.

About the Opportunity

Cleerly is currently looking for a Technical Recruiting Partner to join our People team. You will support the technical recruiting and scheduling needs of our hiring managers as we continue to build out our rapidly-growing technology organization. This role is based in New York, New York.

TTC*:$145,000 - 175,000 TTC

*Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.). We hire employees anywhere within the United States and account for geography when determining base salary.

Responsibilities:

Handle full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities for our technical positions, working closely with our hiring managers to build their teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent. You will help create meaningful candidate experiences, establish strong relationships across the company and grow to have a thorough understanding of the needs of the different teams.

  • Source and screen candidate resumes for all technical positions within Engineering, DevOps, QA, AI, Product Development, and more
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews with key stakeholders for all technical recruiting positions
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates for hiring managers
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Other recruiting, onboarding, and people team tasks as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exceptional communication skills and can effectively articulate value to candidates and leaders. Listen well and seek to understand.
  • Proactively keep stakeholders apprised of developments.
  • A consultative nature. You respond quickly to questions and go the extra mile to provide a great experience for candidates and leaders
  • Great organization skills: Ability to juggle multiple candidates and tasks and stay on top of all issues
  • Occasional travel for team meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis
