📋 Description

  • Actively manage a high-performance sales team across a defined regional territory.
  • Prospect and develop new business with hospitals, physician practices, and imaging centers.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports on pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop proposals, price structures, and negotiate contracts quickly.
  • Execute sales strategies to grow Cleerly adoption across diverse geographies.
  • Meet quarterly/annual sales goals with account strategy and pipeline.
  • Give presentations and trainings; travel to customer sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial Ops, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Startup environment experience.
  • 5-8 years of customer-facing sales in Medical Device/Medtech with at least 3 years closing.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships.
  • Experience working in tech environments and with technical concepts.
  • Strong customer service; convey complex concepts; negotiate to gain agreement.
  • Able to work cross-functionally across geographies/time zones.
  • Excited about and fully committed to the Cleerly mission.

🎁 Benefits

  • TTC: $175k-$200k base + $175k commission = $350k-$375k OTE.
  • Salary ranges vary by market and location.
