- Actively manage a high-performance sales team across a defined regional territory.
- Prospect and develop new business with hospitals, physician practices, and imaging centers.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports on pipeline and revenue.
- Develop proposals, price structures, and negotiate contracts quickly.
- Execute sales strategies to grow Cleerly adoption across diverse geographies.
- Meet quarterly/annual sales goals with account strategy and pipeline.
- Give presentations and trainings; travel to customer sites as needed.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Commercial Ops, and Marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Startup environment experience.
- 5-8 years of customer-facing sales in Medical Device/Medtech with at least 3 years closing.
- Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships.
- Experience working in tech environments and with technical concepts.
- Strong customer service; convey complex concepts; negotiate to gain agreement.
- Able to work cross-functionally across geographies/time zones.
- Excited about and fully committed to the Cleerly mission.
🎁 Benefits
- TTC: $175k-$200k base + $175k commission = $350k-$375k OTE.
- Salary ranges vary by market and location.
