🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Must have a successful track record of working in startup organizations.
- 5-8 years of customer-facing sales experience in Medical Device/Medtech; at least 3 years closing.
- Experience managing high-value accounts and high-touch partnerships; strong negotiation.
- Experience in tech environments and familiarity with technical concepts.
- Innovative, creative thinker able to convey concepts and work independently.
🎁 Benefits
- TTC: $175,000 - $200,000 base + $175,000 commission = $350,000 - $375,000 OTE
