  • Support the Talent Development Manager with organising monthly induction for new joiners (once a month)

Recruiter

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Client Services and Client Due Diligence roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver against agreed timelines.

  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent communities.

  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment.

  • Drive a fast, efficient process while maintaining quality standards and compliance.

  • Continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience through feedback loops and process optimisation.

  • Ensure all hires meet ClearBank’s high talent bar and contribute to our culture.

Skills & Experience (must-have)

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or junior recruiting.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
