🎯 Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial negotiations and banking/payments regulation.
- Experience advising fintechs or banks; able to learn regulated sectors quickly; strong commercial pragmatism.
- Able to work independently; build stakeholder relationships; delivery-focused with good judgement.
- Technical knowledge: creating/amending high-value contracts with customers; drafting new customer agreements.
- Regulatory advice in financial services; applying advice to product design and commercial terms; UK regime knowledge.
- Bonus: experience in high-growth fintech/product development; payments/e-money regs; digital assets knowledge.
