🎯 Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant PQE in financial services.
- Financial control and reporting (UK GAAP/IFRS).
- Regulatory and prudential compliance (PRA/FCA, ICAAP, ILAAP).
- FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, performance metrics; commercial finance (business partnering).
- Experience in a regulated UK banking environment.
- Experience in a matrix environment and strong stakeholder management.
