  • Originating sustainable new business opportunities in DACH and Eastern Europe.
  • Creating, executing and reporting targeted sales campaigns.
  • Offer perspectives to clients to shift them to ClearBank.
  • Manage a large pipeline of deals with ongoing progress and accurate reporting.
  • Engage with clients across roles and seniority throughout the sales process.
  • Represent the client in internal engagements to voice customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fintech and/or Banking sector experience.
  • Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills; able to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong relationship-building across all levels, including C-level.
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm to disrupt the banking landscape.
  • Willingness to learn and invest in yourself.
  • Problem solving and composure under pressure.
  • Prioritization and focus on high-value deliverables.
  • Excellent English and German; additional European language a plus.
