Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with payment processors, card networks, and financial partners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and finance teams to optimize the payments stack and data analytics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing payments team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or related fields; leadership/management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, card networks, gateways, and settlement flows.
• Experience with risk management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
