Role Overview
Senior Director Member Growth at CLEAR Corporate leads the strategy and execution of member growth initiatives for the company. Based in New York on site, this leadership role directs cross functional teams to attract activate and retain CLEARs member base using data driven strategies and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the member growth strategy across acquisition activation retention and revenue expansion
- Lead and mentor a high performing team coordinating with Product Marketing Sales and Partnerships
- Define and monitor key growth metrics CAC LTV activation rate and churn and drive data driven decision making
- Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth experiments and feature improvements
- Build partnerships with external organizations to expand the member network
- Present regular updates to executive leadership and align growth plans with company objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading growth initiatives for consumer or membership platforms
- 7 plus years related experience in growth marketing or strategy with leadership experience
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to work with data tools and translate insights into initiatives
- Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication skills
- Bachelors degree; MBA preferred
