Director, CRM & Personalization

Job Description

We are seeking a Director, CRM & Personalization at CLEAR - Corporate to lead our CRM strategy and personalization initiatives across the customer lifecycle. This role will own segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and cross-channel experiences to deepen customer engagement and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement CRM strategy across email, mobile, and in-app channels.
• Own customer segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization rules based on behavior and data.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and marketing teams to drive personalized experiences at scale.
• Oversee data governance, privacy, and consent in line with regulatory requirements.
• Measure impact with dashboards and analytics; optimize campaigns based on insights.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in CRM and personalization (Director level preferred).
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data-driven marketing.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with customer data platforms and segmentation strategies is a plus.
